Hello, Friend. I hope this finds you well. I am a Certified Life Coach, author, motivational guide, proud mom of two and fiercely loyal friend.
I'm also a self-proclaimed travel geek and beach freak and wish the world was made of chocolate.
~I've been to Paris in Spring time and wandered the quays along the Seine.
~I've studied Chi Gong (energy healing) under the mentorship of world-renowned Grand Master John Tsai.
~I've interviewed countless celebrities about life, art, and creative energy.
And I've survived A LOT of direct hits over the past few years - divorce, financial fallout, death of loved ones, health issues, and yes, a bit of anxiety and depression as a result. It's been tough, and I've had to redefine everything. I reinvented myself and gave myself permission to design my life the way I wanted it to look. Like the Phoenix, I've risen again to great heights and I continue to keep on climbing. I've managed to find my power and step into it like a new pair of Jimmy Choo's and it takes a whole lot more than life's inevitable challenges to scare me now.
